With over 45 years of experience working in a multitude of industries including mortgage banking, aerospace manufacturing, software development, construction project management, food service, and health & wellness, he is ready to help you with your bookkeeping needs.
Andrew has been an advanced user of QuickBooks/Intuit products for more than 30 years! He is adept and extremely knowledgeable of the inner workings of QuickBooks and how it can serve you best in your business.
When he’s not crunching numbers, developing software applications, designing spreadsheets, or using QuickBooks, he loves spending time with his family in the great outdoors. A full-time RVer, traveling the country with his wife, Sheri, and their four-legged fur-child, Loki, Andrew has enjoyed a vast and varied personal and professional life. He has always had an affinity of understanding business from a financial perview by measuring performance through the use of custom designed financial reporting tools which he often designs and develops himself.
After a brief two-year retirement period, through the inspiration of his wife, Sheri, he decided to start helping others in business by giving them a clear understanding of their financial status by providing bookkeeping and business consulting services. He still enjoys developing custom software from time to time, but right now he wants focus on helping other small business owners build their business by providing them their financial standings in an easy to understand format.

Historically, my first jobs were in the fast-paced restaurant industry as a server and a manager, where I developed strong skills in multitasking, problem-solving, and communication. That experience combined with over 30 years of experience in the business and tech world as the client facing resource who was tasked to solve a myriad of issues taught me that true success lies in understanding and meeting the unique needs of my clients.
For me, addressing my clients' needs begins with the fact that I absolutely love meeting new people; to connect and build strong relationships. I enjoy working collaboratively to find the perfect solution for every unique business situation. In addition, I hold the belief that clear communication and a genuine desire to help are the keys to unlocking success. So, whether I'm helping to sign up a new client, answering general questions, training clients on how to use our bookkeeping systems, or diving deep to help solve business or technical issues, my focus always remains the same: approach every challenge with a client-centric perspective in order to empower our clients to achieve their financial goals.
However, I do like to enjoy a good work-life balance so when I'm not busy collaborating with clients or fine-tuning our software systems, you will find me visiting with family and friends, adventuring in our RV, baking, reading, or taking long walks with my husband and dog; Andrew and Loki.

Prior to Sync-Up Bookkeeping, Ron held leadership positions at Rockwell Collins/DataPath, where he oversaw IT operations and delivered significant cost savings through effective management and process improvements. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Georgia Southern University.
Ron's leadership experience includes managing global teams and guiding staff development. He excels at building consensus, encouraging teamwork, and mentoring individuals.
Ron is passionate about using his skills in process optimization, strategic planning, and team leadership to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that achieve growth and deliver excellent results for Sync-Up Bookkeeping.
